North Star Homes - 2008 Home Builder of the Year

Congratulations to North Star Homes, winner of the 2008 Home Builder of the Year Award.   The winner of this prestigious award, which is presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), is determined based on a survey by BILD of the builder’s recent occupants in various communities in and around the Greater Toronto Area. 

It is the second time North Star has taken home this honour, winning previously in 2004. Mr Dodaro was quick to share the praises this award has brought with his team and his suppliers.   “I am very proud and honoured to be the recipient of this award, but I recognize that it would have been impossible to achieve without the effort and hard work of the whole North Star team, our trades and our suppliers.”

It has been our privilege for the past 18 years to be a supplier of North Star Homes.  We salute their recent accomplishment and look forward to many more years of working together.

H&R Named Home Builder of the Year

H&R Developments has been named 2003 Home Builder of the Year by the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association.

More than 700 builders, developers and associate members attended the 23rd annual Home Builder Awards to celebrate achievements in community development, building design and sales and marketing.

The Prestigious Home builder of the Year Award goes to the builder who sets the standard for the industry in quality, service, customer commitment and contribution to the industry and community.

"For H&R, this award is an affirmation of the value we place on building quality homes where families can always 'Expect More'," said  Todd Jeffrey Ellis, Marketing Director of  H&R's Residential Division. "This exceptional honour from GTHBA most importantly represents how our home buyers feel about their experience with H&R and how we exceed their expectations."
